    Another KAide question

Does anyone have the pasta attachments? If you do, how do you like them. I want to start making my own pasta, but am a little leary of investing in the attachments. So far I have bought nothing! Any reviews?

    You've given me incentive...
I have most of the attachments and have only used the grain grinder.
Maybe I'll try it out this labor day weekend and post back to let you know.

I would be interested to know as well. I have a manual pasta maker but the old arm sure does get tired...

I have the pasta plates and have used them a number of times -- actually DH and the kids usually enjoy that job. I also got the new roller attachment recently, but I have not tried it yet.

There is another thread on this that I happened to be reading the other day because I want to try making my own pasta too - I don't know how to attach the thread, but I think the consensus was that most people were happiest with the roller attachment. Let me know what you do and how you like it...it may be on my Christmas list!
