I am cooking the Thai-Style Pork Stew that is cooked in a slow cooker. I notice that there is no other liquid in the recipe other than 1/4 c. of Teriyaki sauce and 2 T. of rice wine. Since this is a "stew" that will later be combined with rice, I am wondering if this dish makes its own liquid, or if it is suppose to be a fairly dry meat mixture. Any help will be appreciated.
