I have the olive asiago rolls in the refrigerator right now, to go with tonight's dinner (seafood stew, caesar salad, and TJ's tiramisu torte) but I subbed parmesano reggiano because that's what I have around. I can't wait to try these after all of the raving on the bb about them.
I used my KA dough hook (1st time)for the mixing/kneading and did not have any extra flour left over and the texture was perfect. Lisa, let us know how the bread comes out with the dough enhancer. Oh oh, sorry to hear that your 4 qt. smells funny after kneading dough and you may have to get a bigger one.
