YUM!!! This was very good. It reminded me very much of CL BBQ Pork Chops but I think these were a tad spicy/tangier. I grilled some onions as well to go along side the pork with yams and sugar snap peas. I'm sure lean generation pork chops would also work here.

Eh..good, but not great. I like the corn taste, but the dates sort of get lost in the pumpkin and corn. The carrot date bread is much better

YUMMY...garlicky....YUMMM...rice. A great side if you don't want to really be bothered with a pilaf or something complicated.

WOW! YUM! Served this over the garlicky brown rice and I loved it! It was very different from what I expected, but in a good way. I guess I had put it off for so long because I was expecting something sort of asian, sort of similar to other recipes, but this one stands out in the crowd of flank steak recipes Not as good as the chipotle lime though

Oh yeah Something spicy, something sweet, something pumpkiny wonderful!!

I modified these a bit so I'm sure the original recipe is fabulous, but I'm pretty pleased with mine. I subbed 6 TBSP drained applesauce for the butter and left molasses at 1TBSP (instead of 1 and 1/2). I used lowfat buttermilk. I came out with 22 cookies (11 sandwiches) and the total points without filling was 32.

I forgot to buy fluff at the grocery store so I had to improvise. I used cool whip light to go in between and stuck them in the freezer. LOVE THEM!!! That's a 3 pt pumpkin mock skinny cow!!! Next time I'm going with frozen yogurt in between
