Hello all,
I finally made the popular chipotle lime flank steak last night and thought it was awesome. I must admit though, that the chipotles sure spiced it up beyond belief..i mean I was coughing from the spice even when the steak was under the broiler, and even when the steak was put away! I used 4 chipotles, took the seeds out, but left a little sauce on them before I threw into the blender. I am a huge spicey food fan, so I was prepared, i was just wondering if y'all have cut down the amount of the chilis, or was I supposed to take the sauce off? Just wondering....
