Has anyone ever frozen any of the cookies from the magazine or cookbooks? I'm interesting in freezing biscotti and others?
I am currently freezing cookie dough that I made over the weekend. I have 6 different kinds and thought that if I make the doughs at once then devote 2 nights to baking my life might be easier. Haven't starting baking them so I don't know if it is true yet, but I am crossing my fingers.
Thanks for the advise. I made the dough for the sugar cookies (1998 CL) and froze them this past weekend. I'm sure they will be fine. Good luck!!!
