Well I haven't done the math yet (will edit and add that later), but here's what I ate on Monday:
large blueberry muffin
1/2 chicken salad sandwitch on whole-grain bread with 1 slice avocado and 1 T mustard
1 medium banana
1 CL Olive & Asiago Roll (12/02)
1/2 slice Tyler Florence's White Bread
5 oz. grilled beef tenderloin
mushrooms and onions sauteed in 1 teaspoon olive oil.
And for excercise:
30 minutes on the elliptical trainer @ L7
30 minutes on the treadmill average 4.0 MPH (five minutes @ 5.0 MPH)

Just curious, what do you do in the extreme fitness class?![]()
That was the first one i went to...it was HARD! It was like an interval class meaning weights with intervals of cardio. We had free weights, body bars and a step. There was some boxing moves with weights for upper body, some jogging around the room, some chest and tri work laying on the step and then some more cardio and then leg work with the body bar and the stepper. I'm sore!
