MasterCook imports it this way because of the ingredient line in the MXP file:
1/2 cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
You see, it sees three different "amounts" for that one ingredient:
and gets confused on import.
Using a text editor to edit the MXP file, change that 1/3 to "one-third" and you will have better results when importing.
