My print out of a Cooking Light Meat Loaf recipe is so torn,tattered and stained I can't read it anymore. It's called Aunt or Grandma someone's? Meat Loaf,I Think. It calls for Grd. Sirloin, 1/2(?) lb.Grd. Pork,finely chopped carrots and onions and more. I can't read most amounts or even a lot of the ingredients.That recipe convinced my son that "diet" food as he calls it,really is good. Now it's the ONLY meat Loaf he'll eat! Can anyone help me?
