    Question re: Chicken Florentine Casserole

    Hi!
I am going to cook the Chicken Forentine Casserole for a big crowd (9 adults and 10 kids). I thought if I used bow tie pasta rather than linguine it would be less messier with the kids. What do you think? Do you think it will impact the taste at all? Do I just substitue 1/2 pound of bow ties for the 1/2 pound linguine? I was thinking of tripling the recipe. Do you think that will be enough?

Thank you for any and all advice.

    K

I would sub measure for measure. I sub different shapes all the time.

I agree with sneezles. and tripling it should be fine, especially if you also have salad and/or bread.
