    Question Refreezing blackberries?

Good morning. I hope all of you had a great weekend. It looks like Spring came a bit early for some of us!

I accidentally thawed out two bags of blackberries instead of just one. Is it possible to toss the bag back in the freezer without affecting the taste of the berries? I can make muffins, I guess, but was hoping to save some time by re-freezing.

    TIA

I have done it before when the bag I had defrosted had too many for the pie I was making. I then used the remainder for muffins so that the taste was sort of "hidden".
Was out this morning checking the wild bushes for this year's crop of dewberries!!! Can't wait to start picking!

You can refrieze fruits and veggies, they may have more ice cristals. Meat, fish, and prepared meals should NOT be refrozen.
