I'm a culinary manager in Tyler, Texas who would love to start a supper club with a small group of people who enjoy food and wine. I'm not an expert but enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I love planning out a menu and pairing wines with each course in order to compliment the dish. I am quite busy with work, but would like to form a group to meet about once per month.
