We are deep-frying both a whole turkey and a turkey breast tomorrow for Easter dinner. We have done just the breast in the past, and I know it cooks longer per pound than the whole turkey, but does anyone know for sure how much longer? Search of several websites tells me to fry anywhere from 4 min/lb to 8 min/lb! I'd sure like to have it come out perfect! Anybody out there that has lots of personal experience with this? TIA!
