One Pan Potatoes and Chicken Teriyaki

This is a recipe that I make at least once a month. It's a simple, easy, quick type recipe. It's one of the ones I fall back on when it's 5:30 pm and I have no idea what to make for dinner.
    We're having it tonight.

Thanks for sharing, Chocolate Rose. I need all the quick and easy meals I can find! I'm going to add this to my ever-growing "to-try soon" list

Quick question, are the potatoes regular russets or red potatoes?

I think I posted that recipe on the BB a long time ago and I also make it frequently. It's my "don't want to cook" meal for times when I need a good quick dinner. It's deceptively simple and very good!

GrinsandGiggles, I use whatever potatoes I have on hand. They both work well.

Elinor, I got this recipe from a Weight Watcher board over a year ago so if it's yours, it's made it's way around. Thanks for sharing it!!
