    Question Celery Question

    I thought I had read something before that if you wrap celery in aluminum foil that it will last longer. Has anyone ever tried that? Does it work? Does it affect the taste of the celery to wrap it in foil?

    A couple of months ago I posted a question about keeping celery longer and got lots of great suggestions, including the aluminum foil one. I've been using that method ever since, and it really does make a big difference. Celery won't fit in my crisper, so I wrap it and put it in the very back of the bottom shelf.
