I found this blog a couple of weeks ago and I am hooked. It is written by a woman who has lost 100 pounds and is maintaining. I love the way she writes. Her site is broken down into Changing, Eating, Exercising, Gurus, and Rewards. What I really love is that no matter what is going on for me today, I can usually find an article that is right on the money to inspire me. She always adds links for further reading. Just had to thank you for this link. I've been glancing through her blog for the past few days, and I have to admit that she's got a flair for writing and inspiring.
She also seems a bit more realistic and low-key than so many of those other "fitness" or "weightloss" gurus out there.
