Unhappy Prayers please: Possible Pancreatic Cancer in a Dear Old Friend

He's going for testing on 7/22. There's a 'spot' on his pancreas that they can't reach by a needle biopsy. He's on medication, which I can't spell: something like 'Kumoden', and he must be off that for 5 days before they can run the test.

They are trying to see just what exactly IS the situation, but he's not a happy camper.

Please keep him and his wife in your prayers.

    I will keep happy thoughts.
Coumadin is a blood thinner, which is why they want him off.

I just found out my sister-in-law has ovarian cancer and wish we all lived closer together so I could help.

Thoughts are with you and the family.

Diana--I am keeping your friend in my thoughts and I hope the test is negative.

Ana--I am so sorry about your sister-in-law. Your family is in my thoughts, too.
For you to be here now, trillions of drifting atoms had somehow to assemble in an intricate and intriguingly obliging manner to create you. It's an arrangement so specialized and particular that it has never been tried before and will only exist this once.

Some special prayers and good thoughts going to both. 7/22 is my daughters birthday so I've got my fingers crossed that that will bring some good luck.
