I discovered that I can use my tartlet pans when baking brownies, so instead of having one pan of brownies, I have 24 tiny brownie cupcakes. No cutting, and easier portion control! Yay!
I finally made CL's Pecan Tassies the other day, (the only reason I have the pan in the first place) and enjoyed using the pan so much that I tried this with my favorite brownie recipe. Worked like a charm.
Now, of course, my brain is working feverishly to dream up yet another something to bake. Mini-chess pies? Mini-cheesecake? Mini-cupcakes? Hmmm ... . The mind boggles.
