I have tried low carbing and it just isn't for me (I got bored!) so I'm considering using the weight watchers plan at home. I would love opinions! A friend of mine has the Winning Points plan that she's willing to share with me. I don't have the time or money to attend meetings since I'm starting back to college this fall (at night) and am home with my kids during the day. Anyway, thanks in advance for any advice, thoughts, or opinions!
