Happy day to me! I finally broke through that mini-plateau I was on and I lost 2.5 more pounds and even better I'm now down in the 130's Only 3-8 more pounds to be exactly where I want to be.

Biggest challenge this weekend was going out for dim sum this morning. I ate exactly what I wanted...but I have no idea what the carb counts are or even how to classify the food on fitday. Guess I'll just NOT journal today and start again tommorow.

How is everybody else doing over the long weekend? The thread was quiet last week...did everybody give up or just out of town?
