    beef for kabobs

    what kind of beef do you suggest for kabobs? I am making beef and chicken kabobs with a greek marinade. not sure of the cut of meat I should buy. thanks for your help.

    Sirloin works well. When it doubt, you can always ask the butcher, they will cut the meat into kabob chunks for you also
