The dough is going for its first rise right now. It looks a bit "wet", but hopefully it'll be fine. I decided to top it with lindrusso's marinara, mozzarella, lots of mushrooms and some ham. I'm so excited. Homemade pizza!

Just had the first slice...
On the plus side: tasty crust -- made the crust from the CL pizza of the dinner on a dime issue. It tastes so much better than take-out crust. Nice and tender, too.
On the not-so-plus side: MORE toppings. I didn't realize how much the mushrooms and ham would shrink. When I put them all on, the pizza looked very full, but the finished product is so spare!
I will make this again. This was a pretty good try for my first pizza. I've got enough toppings to give this another go.
You have to try grilled pizza next. it is amazing!
