I just ordered my 2004 CL Annual (includes all recipes from 2003) from Overstock.com -- it only cost $17 and $1.40 shipping, not too bad. I was planning on getting it from Sam's club, but I haven't seen it yet. So, if you typially get the annuals, it's out
