    Loaf Pan Substitutions

I just bought some Baker's secret petite loaf pans 5 5/8 X 3X 2. I want to make some mini loaves for my elderly neighbour who is single and wondered how many I would need (petite pans that is) for a loaf recipe that calls for a 9 X 5 loaf pan. Could you also tell me approx. what cooking time I would be looking at. I am thinking of making him banana loaves or something similar. Thanks so much.

You will need 4 mini loaf pans(2 cup capacity each) to equal one 9x5 loaf pan(8 cup capacity).
