I live in Menlo Park but would be willing to drive a bit. Is there anyone else in the area. San Francisco would be OK on the weekends but it's too far for me during the week. Please let me know if you are interested and where you are located.

I've recently moved to San Mateo from Miami Beach. My husband & I participated in a club there & would like to be involved here too. I had been corresponding with someone who wanted to start one but then nothing happened. Perhaps I can find her post & we can get something going.

Hi Dorothy/Elizag,

We are an existing Peninsula Club that recently celebrated our 2nd anniversary! Our club consists of couples and singles and vary in age from late twenties to late fifties. We try to meet once a month. The host sets the menu and you can sign up for a dish you would like to make. At the end of the evening we divvie up expenses. Sometimes we go out to dinner as our late January/February event will be a Chinese New Year celebration in a restaurant. Dteails to be released later. If you like you are welcome to come join us and see if this is for you. Although we have a fairly consistent core group, new people do join and sometimes we loose some due to moves so it stays interesting.
