Ingredients
1/2 kg wide rice noodle
300 grams ground beef
2 tablespoons celery
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 curry powder
2 tablespoon tapioca flour
200 grams letture
2 coriander or celery plants
Seasoning
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pounded chili peper in tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
Preparetion
1. Separate the rice noodles, mix with 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce, and fry in 2 tablespoon oil. When well heated, remove from pan.
2. Mix beef with light soy sauce, cuury powder, and tapica flour and allow to stand for a while
3. Wash and drain the letture, cut into short strips, and place in the bottoms of the serving plates. Arrange the noodles on the letture.
4. Saute the garlic in remaining oil, add the beef mixture and fry until done, then add 1 1/2 cups chicken stock, celery, and 1 tablespoon sugar Spoon pver the noodles, sprinkle with coriander or celery, and serve with chilli in vinegar.
