Kiehl's - - I want to go shopping. Any products you like?

I am thinking of ordering some stuff from Kiehl's. Never used anything by them, so I am open to suggestions.

The Rose Water Toner looks neat (has real rose petals in it!) & so does the Blackberry Tinted Lip Balm.

I know Wallycat mentioned something called "Silk" which is for the hair. If you have used any of their stuff, please post and tell me about it.

I use the Creamy Eye Treatment and the Lycopene facial moisturizer. I like the moisturizer a lot, but the eye cream is just ok. I think they are both over priced for what they do.

Kiehl's is really good about giving samples. I've used a lot of their products and haven't been impressed, so I would try the samples first and then buy what you like.

I love the Soothing Gel Masque, it really makes my skin look great. That being said however, I landed a bunch of their products free awhile back and once it runs out, I can't see paying to replace it as they are pricey.

Oh, and their lip glosses and lipsticks...to die for I have 2 of their glosses and 2 of their lipsticks that I really, really like.

They also have a luscious body cream (creme de corps) that is very emollient...a bit greasy but lovely for ultra dry skin.

The glosses I have are:
pink shine lip paint and lip colour creme burnt rose

the lipstick is gloss stick in plum and not sure if the "copper" I have is a lipstick or a gloss stick.

the lip balm is clear and either in a tube or in a small pot.

Editing to add I also have moisturizing lip gloss in black raspberry..oops

The plain clear lip balm (#1) is amazing. I also like the Black Raspberry tinted one.

The hair product you're thinking of is "Silk Groom" and it works amazingly for some people and so-so for others, so I'd try a sample if you can.

Also "Creme de Corps" body lotion is something a lot of actors at my theatre swear by.

I'll also recommend the Lip Balm #1. My lips get pretty chapped this time of year, and their lip balm works wonders!

I like a lot of Kiehl's products....

I have the blackberry lip balm and it's a good balm- its not too shiny, so its more of a natural tint...

The Silk Groom I would only recommend if you have dry hair - its a bit on the heavy side, but they have a silk groom lite which is a LOT lighter and wont weigh your hair down as much...

i used to like their Ultra Facial Moisturizer, but then they raised the price to a ridiculous amount, and i've found that Olay is just as good...

I love their grapefruit perfume oil....

Love Love Love Kiehl's!!!!! It's fabulous...I'm particularly fond of the Facial Moisturizer, Creme de Corps and their Facial Wash, great products! The Lip Balm # 1 has been a staple in our house as well...The other thing I really like about the line of products is their great customer service and their generousity with samples!

so i bought a few things and got a few free samples.

tried a sample of the GROOMING SILK- love it! it really "transformed" my hair condition in an instant! my hair was smooth, no flyaways, felt softer & more nourished. a little goes a long way though.

also love the SPF TINTED LIP BALM! but, i feel mislead on the color. the description for #58B says it is similar to a black raspberry. however, this is nothing like a black raspberry. it is more of a brown-peach color. it is still a nice color, and works well with my complexion, but i was really hoping for something different.

the RARE EARTH FACE SOAP- allright, it is super soft & milky. not sure if i would buy again though.

SODIUM FREE MOISTURIZER- nothing special.

the ROSE WATER TONER- smells great and i like how it feels. a keeper.

i have 2 more samples to try, but so far the GROOMING SILK & SPF LIP BALM are the winners!
