    Talking Just joined and wanted to say hello!

    I wanted to say hello to the Cooking Light forum members as this is my first post. I am excited to see my picture and muffin recipe in the March issue of Cooking Light magazine in the reader recipes editorial. So glad to share this recipe with Cooking Light readers. I have so many more LIGHTENED UP recipes to share if any members are interested. I love to bake muffins and cookies and have created some very unique recipes, hoping to publish a cookbook someday. I just discovered this forum today in searching for my recipe on the home page recipe search....not there yet. Talk to you all soon! Lorraine
