If a recipe calls for 1/2 C. egg substitute would that be equal to 2 whole eggs? Or would 1 whole egg and 1 egg white work better? This is for a quick bread.

1/4 cup egg substitute equals one large egg. You could sub the 1 egg and the 1 egg white though for a reduced fat content.
