I was intrigued too - one of the reviewers said that if you like fish and you like comfort foods/pot pies (something like that ...) that you'll love this dish - and that really sounded like us. I'm even trying to ignore the amount of butter in the the crust ... although I'll probably try to lighten it.

I'll let you know! Hoping to make it tomorrow night -

Julie- did you have to highlight the fact that you are coming here for dinner- the pressure is killing me!

Did I mention that I don't have a dining room, crystal or matching anything!!!! But I do have a cute DH and I hear you do too!

(I was just thinking of you as I am listening to U2 again!)

Dsignpeach - haven't tried the recipe yet, so if you do before me, let me know.

Tholbrook -- have you cooked from the PB&S cookbook before? Any good? Like I need another cookbook to add to my growing "wish list"...

I have made a few things from it so far... Jamaican Curry, Coconut Foogath, and a roasted pumpkin salad with lentils (which is my favorite so far). Sorry, I don't have the book with me, so those are not the exact titles. I can't comment on the pesto/goat cheese stuffed pumpkins that I was going to make last night - as I was getting ready to make the recipe, I discovered that my jar of pesto was almost empty. But I really do like the cookbook. And hey, it's a little tiny cookbook, so it won't take up much room in your collection, right?
