I did a search and couldnt find a review, could be the search gremlins again. made this last night and it was pretty tasty, fairly easy. i didnt have roasted red peppers so I used fresh orange bell peppers and sliced up about 4 small ones, I had from my my garden. DH even like it. he rarley makes a good comment about what I make so this this nice surprise.
