Rev: Sesame Turkey Cakes with Sweet Chili Sauce Nov. 04

These were pretty good. I had been looking forward to making them since I got the November issue and they did not dissapoint. I did have a hard time keeping them together in the pan though. I loved the sweetened chili sauce and plan on making spring rolls or lettuce wraps this week to use up some more.

I did make a few subs to use what I had on hand (one thing I do not need any more of this week is groceries!). I used crrots instead of the water chestnuts and jasmine rice instead of the basmanti.

All in all this was a quick yummy way to use leftover turkey and if I ever find myself with large amounts of it again I will make these!

Thanks for the tip on this recipe. Made it tonite and it was wonderful. I also used Jasmine rice, fresh water chestnuts, didn't have any light mayo so I used light Miracle Whip. Spicy, but not hot, and oh so tasty. Can't wait to eat the leftovers.
