Finally made "Mini Meat Loaves"

I've been meaning to try this recipe for over a year but somehow it kept getting bumped. So last night I made it and was going to freeze 2 of the 4. Well, after both DD's smelled them coming out of the oven, that's all she wrote. One DD ate one late last night. The other DD took one to work for lunch. That left me with one for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. First DD got hungry again late tonight and ate the last one. I'm glad they were a hit with the family. The "men" in the family hate meat loaf, that's why I liked the idea of mini's. So with my one lonely mini meat loaf, which I made into a sandwich, I had MISSINDI's Excellent Rich Creamy Mushroom Soup. It was indeed excellent!
