I recently made this for a get together and it was a hit! Quick, easy and delicious.
1 29 oz can Light Pears in juice
1 package reduced fat cream cheese
1 package sugar free lemon jello
1/2 contaniner light or fat free cool whip
sliced kiwi (for garnish)
Drain juice from pears. Place pears in blender with cream cheese. Bring pear juice to a boil on stove top. Remove from heat and add lemon jello. Stir until disolved. Cool. Blend pears and cream cheese until combined. Add jello/lemon juice mixture to pear/cream cheese mixture. Blend until well combined. Pour into a container and chill overnight. Spread about 1/2 of the coolwhip over the top and garnish with kiwi slices.
