I was surfin' around fugly.com and followed a link for bad plastic surgery. Ugh! Some of the pictures were enough to scare me out of facelifts for life!

But - here's one that may finally make all the boys take down their Farrah poster:

It's such a shame. She was looking great around 50 and then she just went downhill. It's no wonder we don't see more of her these days. While it must be nice to be thin and beautiful, it doesn't last forever. I actually feel very bad for her (and other actors/actresses) because her career was based on her looks and now it's all over. That must be a very difficult thing to go through on a psychological level.

I saw an interview with Antonio Banderas the other day and Melanie Griffith looked almost as bad. To top it off, she sounded like she was stoned. Whatever happened to aging gracefully?

Well, I think a good part of her life she has been. I guess I just thought she had beat that habit. It's really pretty sad when you think of it all.

I couldn't see the picture at first, and then I realized I had to disable my Norton software. I guess even they think it shouldn't be seen. In all fairness, we can't expect her to look like she did in her 20's.

funnybone, I don't she's being criticized for aging, but for the excessive plastic surgery. That is what is sad, she would look nicer aging normally. Of course that is assuming she takes good care of herself.
Melanie Griffith is sad, she appears to be desperately trying to look young enough for Antonio, I saw one interview where she stated how she felt pressured to compete against younger women for Antonio. What a sad marriage. It is sad to see women putting so much importance on young looks. I admire "older" attractive women who appear to be comfortable with their age.
