Help! Need Valtrompia bread tube directions!

Does anyone have the directions for the Valtrompia bread tubes? I have the flower, heart and star tubes, but have lost the directions. I don't remember how much dough to put in each tube, and what temp to cook it on. All I remember is to bake them standing upright.

    Anyone have these? Thanks!

    This is from a recipe:

Roll each half into a log 2 inches shorter than mold. Place in greased mold and cap each end. Bake in preheated 400 F. oven for one hour or until bread sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from
    mold to cool.

If you choose to make a batter bread, there was something about lining the bottom lid with parchment , or else placing it on a baking sheet, for the possible overflow/leaking of batter.

(I've lost my directions, too. )

But I do remember that you can spray the tubes well, and then pack in rice krispie treats, then push them out later and slice into stars, etc.

The Pampered Chef website has use and care instructions for a scalloped tube. Is that similar?
