Just finished 20 minutes of PM yoga. Not an aerobic workout by any means, but it sure felt great!

Yes -- new and exciting tortures from the trainer of doom, track sprints. Round the track at "top speed" (I am so not a sprinter), then walking rest (gasping) for 90 seconds, then repeat, four times. Augh.

I did 1 1/2 hours of strength training at the gym. You all should be proud of me, because I have gone to the gym more times this week than I have since I joined up.Here's hoping the motivations sticks.

I had a 1-hour workout with my personal trainer. It started with 15 minutes on the eliptical machine and then all sorts of arm, back, leg and glute (spelling?) exercises. I am loving it. It was my 4th time. Can you see my muscles yet?![]()
