    Any Saturday Exercisers? (4/9)

I don't always on Saturday, but today I did.

3-1/4 miles on the treadmill alternating between moderate to brisk walking. I was watching an old movie, Raid at Entebbe, so the time went very quickly.

    Anyone else? Don't be shy!

Hi Kathy! Good going on the Saturday workout

Today I went for a hike and short trail run, and spent about 50 minutes at the pool. I also spent about an hour doing some vigorous spring cleaning and lifting boxes. I think that counts

Sounds good to me. (Maybe that should be MY workout for tomorrow!)

Glad to have you join me! I was beginning to feel a little lonely!

    HI!
I'm fairly new to the boards and have never posted here, but I'll play. I went to a kickboxing class at my gym this morning. The gym recently purchased a bunch of jump ropes and we did our regular boxing and kicking mixed in with intervals of jumping rope. What a workout!

I did 2 brisk miles on the treadmill, as well as some crunches, push ups and balancing exercises.

I'm here too..but posting late! I walked the dog a mile, then took her home and ran 6 miles outside. (Wish my dog was a runner, but Shih Tzu's are more "take a nap and have a snack" kind of dogs!)

I missed this thread somehow yesterday, but I did walk with Bailey.

Natasha - it counts! I've been doing a lot of spring cleaning and getting the house ready to put on the market and I think I've lost a couple of pounds.

    Welcome, Amanda.

Today my plan is to walk Bailey and then all 4 of us will head to the park with sandwiches and dog to enjoy this absolutely glorious day.
