accent seasoning - help need substitute

Hi Everyone

I am making a chicken dish that calls for accent seasoning. I know that seasoning has MSG in it. Does anyone know a substitute?

I have never heard of the term accent seasoning, but certainly MSG. I checked around on the internet and found this comment...

Accent is a seasoning also called M.S.G. (Monosodium Glutamate). It is commonly used in Oriental cooking. It is not a favored seasoning or enhancer in the United States as many people are allergic to it. It is an optional seasoning and can very easily be left out of recipes.

I would just leave it out. It doesn't impart any specific flavor as an herb or spice would.
