Well-behaved women seldom make history!
Lazy day today, too tired for the gym...
Breakfast: fat free blueberry yogurt sprinkled with grapenuts
Lunch: the tuna, pasta and peas from Real Simple
strawberries
Have an apple for a snack if I need it.
dinner will be the burgers from yesterday.
editing to add:
stopped for a beer while waiting for our real estate agent and my apple was getting old so I had a run in with a handful of pirates booty. We also had pierogies with our burgers, BUT I hate half the burger and three pierogies.
Tomorrow. must. go. to. gym.

I haven't posted for a few days, but have been doing pretty well (at least since Friday, which was one of those out-on-the-town, don't-dare-count days!). I was out of town overnight and had cereal with a boiled egg for breakfast and a banana snack. However, since I stopped at Subway for lunch and had TWO cookies, I will stick to salad for dinner. The bigger challenge will be exercise when I get home...
The cashews on my desk are KILLING me. I just tossed the can![]()

I had my WW meeting yesterday. The bad news I was up 1.4 pounds, which I surmised. Could tell I was retaining water. BUT, found out in order to make lifetime, I can raise my goal by 2 pounds, which is much more realistic for me. So I am just about there, no problemo! And I'll be able to make my goal of lifetime by my one-year mark. This makes me very happy!![]()
