    ISO recipe for balsamic vinaigrette

I think I read a thread within the past few months about a balsamic vinaigrette that everyone agreed was the best they'd ever eaten. I can't find it now. Does anyone remember this?

I think this may be it. I seem to remember similar rave reviews. Most people I fix it for love it, but it's too sweet for my DH, so I cut back the honey if it's just for us.

    Balsamic Viniagrette

    1/4 cup honey
    3 T. balsamic vinegar
    1 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. minced red onion or shallots
    1/2 T. Dijon
    salt & pepper to taste
2 T. olive oil (experiment with the amount)

Place all but oil in blender to blend and then blend with oil.

Don't think this is one that's been raved over, but I made this last week and love it.

The one McSix posted is it. Here's the thread.

I printed off the recipe posted by McSix back when the first thread was active but just got around to making this for the first time about two weeks ago. Yum!! Very good. It is sweet but I did not think it was too sweet. I tend to throw feta and kalamata olives on my green salads (along with other veggies and garbanzos), and my MIL commented that the sweetness of the dressing was a nice balance with the saltier ingredients. You gotta take those compliments from MIL where you can get 'em, right?!
