No, I didn't win the Epicurious contest, but I was a very close second all the way to the end - and that was thanks to all of you!!! I would smile everytime I logged into the board and saw my thread up near the top.

Congratulations on finishing second, I know you must have received a lot of votes (I voted every day!). I can't wait to try your recipe and some of the others. I actually like the taste of seitan and was probably going to try the other recipe, but the snarky comment from Ginger on your original thread turned me off.
