Last Christmas I made the Eggnog Cheese Pie with Bourbon Cream (CL Dec.2004) and loved it.I'm planning on making it again and was thinking of using all light cream cheese instead of half light half fat free and using light eggnog instead of full fat to make up for the difference in the higher fat content of the cream cheese. Will using the light eggnog overcompensate for this leaving me with flat dessert? I believe the light eggnog has about 4 grams of fat per serving compared with 9 grams in the regular
