I got this from Quick Cooking. My gf and I made this for lunch. We thought it was good, easy & it had options...spinach pasta or any kind of pasta. Wouldn't do cous cous w/it or rice...

4 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 can ( 20 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. chopped celery
6 green onions, choppped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. mayo
7-1/2 tsp. brown mustard
1 TBS brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic

Combine together. Mix mayo -garlic in small bowl and gently mix in.

Cooks note: I hate raw celery but found it good in here. It could have used more garlic, too. Just personal preference. I didn't quite have 4 c. of chix. It made it kind of saucy which I think would be good if you chose to use pasta...This is one recipe that I didn't jack with as I went along...isn't that a change!

Edited to add that we ate it w/ romaine...
