I want to make the Barefoot Contessa Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes to use up some chocolate syrup I bought to make the low fat Chocolate Cake from Cook's Country.
The Cupcake recipe calls for 16 ounces of syrup, I've got about 12 ounces left.
Any suggestions for a substitute for the 4 ounces? I have plenty of chocolate, chips, bittersweet etc. Also milk, buttermilk and whipping cream. Coffee. Caramel sundae topping. Golden syrup. Think any of these would do?
