Constrction Project

I work for a construction company and a very complex project is ending this week. The guys have been working 10-12 hour days 7 days a week! Would like to make something for them to celebrate on Friday. There is no refrigerator and only a mini microwave. Any ideas?

Do you have a crockpot? You could certainly cook something overnight in a crockpot and have it ready to serve by lunch. How many are you serving?

You can fill the coolers with soda or beer depending on the time of day you are doing the party.

Sub sandwiches are always good.

If you want to get really crazy get a smoker and do some hickory smoked pork with dutch oven potatoes. Our local lumber store did that for all us contractors. That was some of the best food i ever had.
