    Question Favorite FISH cookbook?

Please help me to love and eat more fish...I have hundreds of cookbooks in my collection, but NOT a 1 just for "fish".

Which one (or ones ;-}) do you all suggest?

    Fish cookbook

I have Mark Bittman's FISH: The Complete Guide To Buying And Cooking. It contains over 500 recipes for 70 kinds of seafood.

I think Peterson also has a purely fish book. I own it.
    Have I used it??
I'll look and see the exact title later tonight.
