Not VictoriaL, but I did find this thread that had a 5 grain bread recipe that uses the cereal.

Thank you for finding that recipe. I don't understand the search feature on CL. I spent a long time yesterday afternoon trying to find a five grain bread recipe on here and that one didn't come up. Carrie
Your welcome. I may go find some 5-grain cereal to try that bread myself.

If you still want the recipe, send me a private message (click on my name, above, and scroll to the "send a private message" option) and when I return I'll be sure to send it to you! I can almost remember it, since I bake 2 loaves every other week, but I don't want to risk giving you anything that might be wrong.

Can't you just eat what I put in front of you? Do you have to know what it is?

How kind of you to respond to my message. Hope you have a nice vacation. I sent you a PM. Thank you again. Carrie
I can't find the 5-grain cereal (bob's Red mill) any suggestions for a sub?

FYI: CI had a seven grain cereal bread recipe that was discussed on page 3 of this thread earlier this year.
I had posted some pictures there of a 7 grain cereal I used, but they seem to be missing from PhotoBucket now. I don’t remember what the brand was. I’ll try to remember to look for the pictures at home, and see what I can find.
FWIW, I often find the Bob’s Red Mill stuff that I need in the health food / organic section of Hy-Vee. The regular flours and cornmeal and such will be in the ‘regular’ part of the store, but the special stuff like seven or 10 grain and flax etc seem to be in the health area. If you’ve not tried looking there, maybe give that a shot.
Quaker has a mult-grain cereal with Rye, barley, wheat and oats that is similar to Bob's. It is in a yellow canister right next to the regular Quaker oats in my store.
