How many of you are getting snowed in???? No snow here in Indiana, thank goodness!
Well, last week was just fine for exercise - made it my designated 5 days - but eating is slipping again. I've given up sweets for Lent, but I think I'm compensating with other junk! Mostly I've been snacking on muffins - they are fairly healthy, but...
So, this week I'm going back to journaling and calorie counting. Since exercise seems to be on track, this week's focus will be staying within fat and calorie guidelines and drinking all my water. BevP - I just can't get back on track!!!
Hope you all had a terrific weekend! I'm trying to figure out when I can get out to get my rollerblades - the closest place that carries the RB brand is 20 minutes away, the next closest, 40. One of these days....

. Plus I went in today! The big thing has been reserving the elliptical trainer (which is my favorite cardio workout) because it's very popular.
