I'm also making mine tomorrow though asking if they want it warm never crossed my mind!

I made mine yesterday to take to a friend's house. Just keeping them in the fridge.

One pumpkin, one pecan. I like my pumpkin pie to set for a day to really let the flavor come together.

With whipped cream, of course! I am now enduring the smells from 2 freshly baked pies...one pumpkin praline and one pecan. The apple and cheery are next!

I made apple this morning, and I have a chocolate chip pecan in the freezer. I still have to make the lemon chess pie (special request by DH), but have to make a grocery run first.

If anyone wants their pie warmed, I will point the way to the microwave as I sip tea and eat my room temp chocolate chip pecan pie with my feet up! (All of the guests are family, so I can do that!)

Thank you. So, I should make them and then put saran on top (or not?) and put in fridge? I was thinking I could warm them in the oven too--covered. Would that work???

Make sure the pies cool completely before you cover them with saran wrap. Otherwise, the moisture will get trapped and make the pies soggy.

I usually make a pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving day, so I can't speak from experience, but Martha Stewart says you can make the pies a day in advance and leave them out overnight (presumably covered). I made my pecan pie today and will be leaving it out.
